As iPeak Academy, we aim to contribute to the scholarly landscape through the publication and development of international academic journals. Our principal focus is on food, nutrition, dietetics, gastronomy, agriculture, and related interdisciplinary fields.
Our journal portfolio includes the Journal of Nutritional Research & Dietetics, launched in 2026, and the International Journal of Gastronomy Research, which has been published since 2022. These journals reflect our commitment to supporting high-quality research in nutrition, dietetics, gastronomy, food studies, and related disciplines.
Our portfolio also includes the Journal of Algebra Combinatorics Discrete Structures and Applications, an international journal serving the research community in algebra, combinatorics, discrete mathematics, and related fields.
As part of our long-term publishing strategy, we plan to establish a new international academic journal dedicated to food research in 2028. This journal is intended to further strengthen our publishing activities in food science and related areas.

International Journal of Gastronomy Research
The International Journal of Gastronomy Research (IJGR) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on gastronomy research. IJGR does not charge submission or publication fees.

The Journal of Nutritional Research & Dietetics (JNRD) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing research in nutrition science, dietetics, clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, and related interdisciplinary fields.
The journal also welcomes research in nutritional neuroscience, nutritional psychiatry, dietary assessment, therapeutic nutrition, nutritional epidemiology, nutritional status, and the role of nutrition in health and disease prevention.
JNRD publishes original research articles, review articles, and theoretical contributions that promote scientific knowledge and evidence-based practice in nutrition and dietetics.
All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment followed, where appropriate, by a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts accepted for peer review are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
JNRD is a diamond open-access journal. All published content is freely accessible to readers, and the journal does not charge submission, processing, or publication fees.
The journal publishes two issues per year, in June and December. Its official publication language is English. The journal’s inaugural issue will be published in December 2026.
